He was predeceased by: his brother Atef Issa (Laure). He is survived by: his parents, Elias Issa and Georgette Issa; his sons, Patrick and Richard Issa (Mary); the mother of his children Genevieve Makhoul; and his siblings, George Issa, Zalfa Sleiman (Malek), Mona Feghali (Wadih) and Yolla Abiragi (Charbel). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The lying in state was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Redemption Melkite Catholic Church (29293 Lorraine Ave, Warren, MI 48093). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Redemption Church.
