She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Verna; her husband Barry Blazo; her daughters, Ellen and Carolyn; her sisters, Dorothy, Barbara Jean, Linda and Verla; and her sister-in-law Dolly.
She is survived by: her children, Connie (Chris) and Glen; her grandchildren, Amanda (Justin), Nicholas (Tiffany) and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Krystal, Eleanor, Laelyn and Ellis; her sister Brenda (Jay); and her friend Mary Lou. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
