He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Haynes and Sarah Haynes; his former wife Lula Haynes; and his wife Gladys Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Terrance Haynes, Alisa Townsel and Calvin Haynes; his stepson Antony Fears; his grandchildren, Ashley White (Melvin), Terrance Christopher Haynes, Ian Townsel, Isaiah Townsel and Alexis Townsel; his siblings, Viola Hunter and Robbie Robinson; and his sister-in-law Frances Watson.
