He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Collins and Bertha Collins; his brother Walter Jr; and his son Gerald Collins Jr (Anita). He is survived by: his siblings, Delores, Wilma, Victor and Richard; his wife Margaret Collins; and his children, Ronald Collins (Teri), Marie Hebeler (late Robert), Theresa Camburn (Doug), Thomas Collins (Beth), Linda Bolas (Michael), Christine Collins and Michelle Collins-Muldoon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation (in memory of Gerald R. Collins) to be sent to Ascension Reverence Home Health & Hospice.
