He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kozlowski and Antoinette Kozlowski; his wife Delphine; and his siblings, Theresa, Joseph, Richard, John, Chester, Leo, Harry, Stanley, Edward, Robert and Raymond.
He is survived by: his sons, Gerald and David (Katie); and his grandsons, Curtis and Brendan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
