She is survived by: her children, Joan Kuczma (Richard), Thomas Fuhrman (Kathy), Lois Webb (Russell), Janet Perkins (Daryl) and Daniel Fuhrman (Kelly); her grandchildren, Paul Kuczma (Kathleen), Ruth Kuczma, Beth Kuczma, Melissa Shoemaker (Curtis), Matthew Fuhrman (Aletha), Bethanie Stammen (Daniel), Andrew Webb, Joshua Webb, Jessica Perkins, Christopher Kowalski-Perkins (Julia), William Perkins, Stephen Perkins (Genevieve), Evan Rose and Charlie Rose; her great grandchildren, Eloise Sager, Isaac Sager, Wesley Fuhrman and Jace Shoemaker; and her sister Agnes Sikorski (late Erwin). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
