Charles Alois Vander Hagen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2024, at the age of 93, Charles Alois Vander Hagen (Warren, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hagen and Pearl Vander Hagen; his pet Rusty; his wife Irene "Flo" Vander Hagen; his children, John Ozanich and Linda Simmons; his grandson Robert Simmons; his siblings, Caroline "Cookie" Terrien, George Coultis, John Coultis, Mary Schwall (Harold) and Margaret Marchette (George); and his sister-in-law Susan Vander Hagen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alphonse "Butch" Vander Hagen, Harvetta Cary (Arthur), Danny Vander Hagen, Judy Estes (Donald) and Donna Dollin; his children-in-law, Theresa Ozanich and Robert Simmons; his grandchildren, Lori Pearce, Scott Bawol, Darrin Ozanich, Marc Ozanich (Angela), Ronald Simmons and James Simmons (Sandra); his great grandchildren, Megan (Cody), Stephen Pearce (Brittany), Jessica Dowding (Chris), Jonah Bawol, Tyler Ozanich, Charlie Ozanich, Michelle Ozanich and Orion Ozanich; his great great grandchildren, Brody, Boca, Rocco, Bricker, Callie, Harrison, Kira, Camden and Kaden; his nieces and nephews, Chris Vander Hagen (Tracey), Craig Vander Hagen (Renee) and Sherry Vander Hagen (Sharise); and his close friend Marge Repoz.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Parish (32000 Mound Rd, Warren, MI 48092).
