He is survived by: his parents, Ollie Hargrove and Laura Hargrove; his wife Betty Hargrove; his children, Deborah Fielder, Mark Hargrove (Lynn) and Michael Hargrove (Drama); his grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Lesley), Ashleah, Brandon, Alyssa, Bethany, Alyson (Dan), Christopher and Brianna (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Kylar, Oliver, LaPeer and Crosby; and his siblings, Ollie Mae and Dwight Dee.

In Lieu of flowers the family has asked for memorials to be made to the Faith Baptist Church Building Fund.
