With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred Lawrence Bury in Warren, Michigan, born in Hamtramck, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024 at the age of 101. He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Marcia Ball; and his brothers, Clarence Bury, Leonard Bury, Raymond Bury and Ernest Bury.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Brylewski (Tom), David Bury (Terry), Fred Bury (Sue), Margaret Butts (Chris) and Nancy Resowski (John); and his son-in-law Brad Ball. He is also survived by his 25 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the Wysocki Funeral Home (29440 Ryan Rd, Warren, MI 48092). A prayer was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at 11200 Conant, Hamtramck, MI 48212.
