He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Meadows and Audrey Meadows (Griffin); and his sister Bonnie Burris. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Herrington); his children, Michael Meadows (Dawn Donahue) of Walloon Lake, MI and Betsy Chapmon (Wes) of Bath, NH; and his siblings, Carl Meadows (Deann) of Brigham City, UT, Betty Christensen (Dennis) of Boyne City, MI, Kenny Meadows (Bonnie) of Walloon Lake, MI and Barbara McLeod (Curtis) of Point Blank, TX.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
