With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephanie Kozlowski (Walled Lake, Michigan), who passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Krolczyk and Josephine Krolczyk; her siblings-in-law, Wanda Kapala, Jean Reamsma, Theresa Kozlowski, Hank Reamsma, Andrew Kwak, Piotr Gron and Edward Kozlowski; and her niece Tina Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Henry; her daughters, Susan Jergens (Paul) and Patricia Ptak (Victor); her grandchildren, Alex Ptak, Eric Jergens, Ryan Jergens and Garrett Ptak; her siblings, Joseph Krolczyk, Mary Gron and Jan Kwak; and her friends, Poland and Hong Kong. She is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital in Stephanie's memory would be greatly appreciated.
