He is survived by: his wife Sheri Bates; his children, Shawna Rider, Danny Bates and Brooke Bates; his grandsons, Hayden Rider and Jace; his mother-in-law Carole Buell; his sister-in-law Debbie Clark (Brian); and his niece Megan Belanger. He is also survived by his family and friends.
