He was predeceased by: his parents, Gervase Bersche and Jessie Bersche; his wife Carolyn; his son Timothy; his grandson Mark; and his brothers, Joseph and John.
He is survived by: his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Jane; his grandchildren, Benj (Marielle), Jill, Jeremiah (Dani) and Luke; his great grandchildren, Damian and Jamila; and his brother James.
