She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Klein and Bertha Klein; her husband Keith E. Sullivan; and her children, Casey, Kelly and Patrick Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Sullivan, Jr. (Norma), Suzanne Trethewey (late Ernest), Sally Ann, Kathleen Katchka (Michael), Connie Johnson (Perry) and Linda Gutzke (Ron); and her siblings, Delores Miller, Joyce Allen and Robert Klein (Barbara). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
