He is survived by: his wife Patricia West (Riggs); his daughters, Anne Plagens (Glenn) and Susan Barnes (Urs); his grandchildren, Alicia Watson (Ryan), Anthony Barnes (Gina), Samantha Plagens and Jennifer Ward (Shane); his brother Peter West; and his sisters-in-law, Carol West and Clare West.
