It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Bruder of Walled Lake, Michigan, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon John and Elise Josephine Thomas (Romain); her siblings, Betty LeAnnais, Shirley Rappazini and Glen Thomas; her former husband Samuel McLellan; and her husband Henry "Buff" Bruder.
She is survived by: her children, Ann B. Boettcher of Kelso, WA, Mary M. Sinclair of Commerce Township, MI, Karen L. Legault of Howell, MI, Susan L. Pickett of Sterling Heights, MI and Jean M. McLellan of Oxford, MI.; her grandchildren, Charles Elkins, Krystal Sinclair, Samantha Sinclair, Amanda Betts, Alisa Damico, Ashley White and Sarah Kammer; her great grandchild Eliana; and her children, Joan and Buff Bruder.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Home - Walled Lake (340 N Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, MI 48390). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Home (340 N Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, MI 48390).
