He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ploe Barnett Kelly and Edward Frances Barnett; and his son Eddie. He is survived by: his daughter Renee' Bates (Kevin); his siblings, Jerry Kelly (Mary) and Judy Bailey (Teddy); his grandchildren, Samantha and Tyler Bates; his nephew Ted Bailey; his nieces, Tania Jann (Walter) and Heather Heap (Sam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harmony, Lindsey, Adam and Tyler.
