He is survived by: his wife Patti Kopsi; his children, Kaleigh Hallfrisch, Nick VanPool (Lindsey) and Ralph VanPool (Justine); his stepchildren, Christina O'Connor, Robert O'Connor, Kenneth O'Connor and Allan Ruleford; and his sisters, Lucille Schremmer (Allyn), Dorothy Ihander (Mark), Sandy Pell (Norman) and Roberta Smotucha (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
