She is survived by: her husband Dan Azelton of Wallace; her children, Reaghn Azelton (Martha) of Weidman, Mich, Heidi Green (Walt) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Shane Azelton (Yvonne Otero) of Green and Wis; and her grandchildren, Madison Azelton, Haley Smith, Zoe Zuehlke and Tristen Azelton. She is also survived by 6 sisters, 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews.
