It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacquelyn Mae Koutnik of Wallace, Michigan, born in Medford, Oregon, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John O'Neill; her husband Robert E. Koutnik, Sr.; and her children, Tina and Patrick. She is survived by: her son Robert Koutnik, Jr. (Roberta) of Wallace; and her daughter-in-law Gina Koutnik of Pleasant Garden, NC. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
