With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen V Thyne of Wallace, Michigan, born in Marinette, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2024 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her father John Gall; her parents-in-law, Burl and Virginia Thyne; her siblings, Viola Rondeau and Joe Gall; her sister-in-law Stephanie Thyne; and her nephews, Leigh Rupert and Bobby Wanek.
She is survived by: her mother Stella Gall (Matykowski); her son Christopher Thyne (Katie) of Mishicot; her husband Mark; her daughter Justine Garbaciak (Mark) of Suamico; her grandchildren, Abbie, Hayden, Haley, Daxton, Gabriel, Lydia, Grady and Ellie; her sisters, Mary (Jim), Welsh (Peshtigo), Valerie (Fred) and Wilch (Peshtigo); and her in-laws, Dorothy Gall (Florida), Karen Wanek (Kaukauna), Gordy (Elizabeth), Pete (Marguerite), David (Karen), Burl (Lisa), Daniel Thyne (Green Bay), Jennifer (Randy) and Hammer (De Pere). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (1600 University Dr, Marinette, WI 54143). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
