He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Dana (Danelle); his grandchildren, Cade, Ava and Brooks; his son Nathan (Kelli); his grandchildren, Olivia Blohm (Tyler), Kyle and Emma; his son Jason (Amanda); his grandchildren, Eli and Emelia; his great grandchildren, Addison and Griffin Blohm; and his siblings, Susan Dzurick (Pete), Gary (Bev) and Joel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
