He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burrell and Arlie Burrell (Noble); his siblings, Sandra Arrasmith (Carl) and Charles Burrell (Jackie); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Burrell.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Helm; his children, Sheila Budde (Joe) of Richard and Brian Burrell (Shawn); his grandchildren, Josh (Lauren), Geoff (Stacy), Richard III (Rachel), Adam (Cindy), Nicholas, Jennie, Thomas, Matthew and Maryn; his great grandchild Gretchen; and his siblings, Judy Smith and Jack Burrell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
