He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Woodworth and Elizabeth Woodworth (Johnson); his son Edward Woodworth, Jr.; his grandchildren, Katie Jo Woodworth and Anthony Bonney; his siblings-in-law, Ken Jacobs, LaVaughn VanBrocklin and Betty Woodworth (Plumb); his father-in-law Jon VanBrocklin; his nephew Eddie Carr; his niece Amanda VanBrocklin; and his son-in-law Sidney "Zig" Tomasiewicz.

He is survived by: his spouse Linda Monroe (VanBrocklin); his children, Celinda "Cindy" Figgins (Steve) of Walkerville, Cheryl, Tomasiewicz of Branch, Jassamine Lound (Derrick) of Hesperia and Brian Woodworth of Walkerville; his stepchildren, William Monroe of Walkerville, Ronnie Monroe, Jr. (Shannon) of Hesperia and Sheri Boes (Wayne) of Bitely; and his siblings, Everett Woodworth of Fountain, Elnora Jacobs of Bear Lake and Catherine Keniston (John) of Grant. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
