He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Dawn Hendrick (Kayler) and John Hendrick; his brother John Hendrick; and his stepbrothers, Robert Hendrick (Bob), Bill Marcum (Bones) and Rex Marcum.

He is survived by: his wife Vickey Corrine Hendrick (White); his children, Jason Hendrick of Walkerville and Tami Hendrick (Jeremy King) of Whitehall; his grandchildren, Kelsi King, Caydence King, Jeremy King II, Devon and Yasmine Hendrick; his great grandchild Oaklyn Brown; and his siblings, Donald Hendrick (Sylvia), Douglas Hendrick (Nicole), Vicki Rodabaugh and Lori Weybright (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
