He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Chase and Arlene I. Chase (Burrington); his brother Leon Chase; and his brother-in-law Charles "Joe" Eastwood. He is survived by: his wife Geri; his daughter Tina Wheatley (John); his sister Marilyn Eastwood; and his nieces and nephews, Rick Chase (Lonia), Randy Chase (Delcie), Lynette Maycroft (Chris), Mike Eastwood (Denise) and Cindy Orr (Hugh). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
