He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Parker and Ellen Parker (Misner); and his siblings, Linda Rose and Robert Parker. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Frees); his children, Joseph Parker (Olivia Kendall), Lilly Parker, Zachary Parker (Alize Anzaldua) and Randall; his grandchildren, Carter, Colton and Dean; his siblings, David Parker (Gini), Donna Burmeister, Bruce Parker, Judith Callendar (William) and Edward Parker (Roxanne); and his in-law Everett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
