He is survived by: his children, Craig Smith of Midlothian, VA, Paula Endres (Richard) of Rockford, AnnMarie Wobig (Walter) of Chiefland, FL and Charles G. Smith of East Haven, CT; his daughter-in-law Rosemary Smith of Sand Lake; his siblings, Marlene Corey of Ludington, Gary Smith (Donna) of Howard City, Marilyn Shinaver (Daniel) of Portland, Beverly Hicks (Michael) of Columbia, TN, MaryEllen VanderStelt (Douglas) of White Cloud and Deb DeGraaf (Charles) of White Cloud; and also Martha Ely. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
