He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Hills and Lela Hills (Timberman); and his siblings, Billie, Richard, Everett, Shirley, Betty Lou and Norma Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Emma J. Rutter; his children, Tony Hills (Michelle) and Annette Marshall (Matthew); his grandchildren, Jesse, Mya, Alexanderia and Joie; and his great grandchild Levi.
Memorial donations may be given to Pittsford United Holiness Church, or Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility.
