He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Arthur and Florence Esther Ott (Trim). He is survived by: his mother-in-law Diane Elizabeth Hachey; his wife Diane; his children, Arthur (Karen) and Ronda Cook (Mike); his grandchildren, Aaron, Matthew, Ashley, Brandon, Christopher and Sarah; and his siblings, Ronald (Barb) of Washington and Flora Reneker (Richard Ronn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
