She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Haight and Lola Haight (Hensley); and her son James Meikle. She is survived by: her husband Jackson "Ed" Shuping; her children, Peggy Lynne Zaragosa, Billie Jo Sharp, Michael Newberry (Kristie), Clinton "Wally" Newberry, Tressie Newberry and Sarah Brozzo (Rocky); and her siblings, Clarence Haight, Kim Haight (Lisa) and Carol Christensen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
