He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Dennis, Daniel (Jean) and Maxin Jr.; his grandchildren, Ed (April), Bill (Sarah), Dale (Bill), Ann, Chelsi (Tommy), Laura (Mark), David (Liz), Josh (Jenna) and Christina (Matt); his brother Raymond; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie LaMaide and Pat Spray. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
