He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tarro and Mary Tarro (Bugni). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Armata Hendrickson; his sons, John Tarro (Josh) and Jim Tarro (Amy); his stepchildren, Dan Hendrickson (Chris) and Jean Koski (Kris); his grandchildren, Nick and Julia Tarro; his stepgrandchildren, Brad Koski (Jackie), Kim Koski, Trina Bilgreen (Brian), Scott Hendrickson (Melissa) and Todd Hendrickson (Jen); and his siblings, James K. Tarro, Wakefield, Joe Tarro (Arlene), Germantown, Wis and Mary Raica. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
