She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Williams and Selma Williams (Ludwig); her husband Ralph Kraemer; and her siblings, Darrell Williams and Janet Niemuth.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Kraemer (Ann), Tony Kraemer (Terri), Nick Kraemer (Jill), Doug Kraemer (Lisa), Matt Kraemer (Brenda), Patty Cerasoli (Todd), Donna Larson (Dean), Judy Newingham (Mike) and Nancy Carnahan (Casey); her grandchildren, Tim Kraemer, Paul Kraemer (Lisa), Jamie Kraemer, Francis Kraemer (Carmen), Bret Kraemer (Jamie), Trevor Kraemer, Ashley Dennis (Alan), Lindsey Hanson, Austin McDonough (Ryan), Hope Kraemer, Ashley Mack (Jeremy), Laura Burklund (Billy), Shawn Zandt, Haley Newingham, Brooke Newingham, Logan Carnahan and Grace Carnahan; her siblings, David Williams (Shirley), Dale Williams (Kimberly) and Sharon Kraemer; her siblings-in-law, Mike Kraemer (Kim), Greg Kraemer (Mary), Joe Kraemer, Romie Kraemer (Diane), Jim Kraemer (Barb), Mary Dassow (Jerry), Pat Dietrich (John) and Joyce Kraemer; and her caregiver Debbie Anderson. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.

Pamela Brown wrote a sympathy message

“Uncle Ralph and Aunt Norma were my Godparent's. I have a musical jewelry box that they gave me when I was young and it sits on my dresser to this day. She always sent Christmas cards for many years and even though we didn't live close, I felt like I was always connected to her. My love and prayers go to her family and I hope her memories give them comfort. Pamela (Kraemer) Brown, Raymond and Joyce Kraemer's daughter.”
