He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Larsen; his wife Mary Lou Larsen; his mother Marianne Mattson (Carlson); his stepfather LeRoy Mattson; his brother David Larsen; his grandparents, Clarence and Leona Carlson; and his aunt JoAnne Rohde (Ken) of Norway.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Larsen of Grand Rapids and Michael Larsen (Michelle) of Sparta, WI; his grandchildren, Isaac, Elliot, Ellery and Ashton; his siblings, Dale Larsen (Bonnie) of Arizona, Larry Larsen (Nancy) of Norway, Cindy Butsic (Larry) of Kingsford, Paula Ebli (Jim) of Kingsford and Patti Olson (Mike) of Merriman; and his close friends, Joe Gardipee and Richard Gedvick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Global Methodist Church (130 O Dill Dr, Norway, MI 49870). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
