In the vast expanse of eternity, Willa Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Willa Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wagner and Wanda Wagner (Deal); and her brother Donald Wagner. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Gretchen Doran (Brandon) and Todd Arnold (Colleen); and her brother James Wagner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
