She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Henry Hoeksema (Kramer); her grandson Benjamin Dykstra; her brother Karl Hoeksema; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. John and Dolores Hiskes.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Hiskes; her children, Scott Hiskes (Sheryl), Heidi Dykstra (Kenneth) and Mark Hiskes (Julie); her grandchildren, Jason Swaagman, Justine Budz (Brandon), Joel Hiskes (Amanda), Adam Dykstra (Jessica), David Dykstra (Mariah), Jamilyn Hiskes and Brian Hiskes; and her brothers, Henry Hoeksema, David Hoeksema (Maryalice) and Donald Hoeksema (Patty). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
