She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Dolhay and Carolyn Dolhay (Stewart); her son Todd; her siblings, Robert Dolhay and Carol "Lynn" Converse; her nephews, John Paul Converse and Tim Birkhold; and her great-nephew Eric Hartwell.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Jack Lem Jr., Robin Lem and Patrick Lem (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Jack Lem III, Elizabeth Lem, Anthony Gauna, Joe Gauna, Brie Gauna, Zachary Lem, Alyssa Lem, Mickey Lem, Morgan Lem, Mason Wolfe and Johnny Northrop; and her siblings, Rick Dolhay, Steven "Bud" Dolhay, John Dolhay (Patti), Joe Dolhay and Susie Birkhold (Mike). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
