He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Delbert Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Brent and Rebecca Angel-Mae Hayward (Smith); his siblings, Audrey Marlowe, David Lee Marlowe, Dale and Hayward III; his grandparents, Sally "Nana" Smith of Marcellus, Pauline "Granny" Smith of Marcellus and Jackie "Mimi" Hayward of Kalamazoo; and his aunts and uncles, Ashley Francis (Ricky) of Marcellus, Michelle Curtis of Lawrence, Matt Hayward of Kalamazoo, John Smith of Marcellus and Edwin Smith of Three Rivers.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family to help with expenses.
