He was predeceased by: his child Shellie Lewis Bladen; his grandson-in-law Ethan Leasure; and his sister Lois Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Polly Ann and Timothy Clayton (Daniel Eli); his grandchildren, Tina Garner of Kansas, Amy Leasure of Vicksburg, Brad Preston (Samantha Kobb) of Schoolcraft, Mindy Mikel (Jacob) of Fulton, Hollie Beeman (David) of Jackson and Tyler Lewis (Becca) of Holland; his brother Glenn Lewis (Nancy) of Florida; and also, Stefan Bladen (Heather) of Illinois, Shane Bladen (Kim) of Hawaii, Seth Bladen (Stacey) of Louisiana, Shannon Pitre (Aaron) of Plainwell, Emma Lewis (Daniel Kuruvilla) of Vicksburg, Olivia Lewis of Vicksburg and Elijah Lewis of Vicksburg. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, with twin great-granddaughters.
