He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fowler and Lela Fowler (Sisco). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Carmody; his children, Eric Fowler (Gina Giboo), Shannon Chapko (Tracy Somers), David Fowler (Val Cano-Mendoza), Jared Fowler (Cassi Snyder) and Connor Fowler (Emma Gingrich); and his sisters, Joanna Moore and Mary Janes. He is also survived by many grand children and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Nativity of the Lord Parish.
