He was predeceased by: his sister Linda McGill. He is survived by: his parent Elaine Maxwell (Strouse); his wife Betty; his daughters, Lori LyVere (Tom) and Lisa Howell (Craig); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Lisa (Ian), Connor, Chad, Terrill and Tori; and his great grandchildren, Tanner, Ruth and Owen.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to Rock Lake Christian Assembly or the American Diabetes Association.
