He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Moreland; his wife Cheryl Allen of Vestaburg; his sons, Frank Allen (Sheila) of Ithaca, Daniel Allen of Vestaburg and Scott Allen (Kelly) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Allison, Melany, Logan, Lucas, Bryson and Nadia; and his sisters, Sue Bardlemier of St. Louis, MO. and Nina Rockey (Al) of Franklin, IN.. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
