He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Scott (Lorayne), Gerald III (Jack), Craig (Kriss), Brooke, Cullen and Michael (Fe); his siblings, Fred (Pat), Suzanne and David (Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Norene Beach and Carl Smith (Carlene).
