He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Manners and Doris Manners (Stillian); his son Dallas; his brothers, Darryl (Rose) and Michael; and his mother-in-law Joanna.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie of Vestaburg; his children, Franklin, Shannon and Philip; his grandchildren, Alora, Elizabeth, Kira, Tristen, Alexia, Matthia and Adrianna; his brothers, Philip (Christina) of Dexter, MI and Wes (Beth) of Kentucky, Junior; and his close friend Fred. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
