He was predeceased by: his parents, Swiss and Hedwig Frick (Ruess); his wife Luella Simmer; his sons-in-law, Spencer Cary and Dennis Focken; and his siblings, August (Norma Frick), Otto (Anne Frick) and Eugene Frick (Carl Frick).
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Cary of Vestaburg, Connie Quillen (Marty) of Clio, Bonnie Gibson (Ken) of Crestview, FL, Nancy Zuker (Mike) of Longwood, FL, Luanne Harte (Pat) of Portland, Mary Ann Haering (Jamie) of Lansing and Kristena Frick of Lansing; his sister Clara Frick of Clare; and his in-laws, Richard Wilson of Alpena and Marlene Frick of Monroe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
