We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2021, at the age of 72, David Loyal Blanshan of Vestaburg, Michigan, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyal Blanshan and Louise Blanshan (Schumacher); and his sister Viola Laclair. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Jo Burns of Edmore; his sons, John Blanshan (Jennifer) of Huntsville and Darrell Blanshan (Amy) of Belding; his grandchildren, Faith Blanshan, Andrew Blanshan, Anna Blanshan and Matthew Blanshan; and his siblings, Dennis Blanshan of Vestaburg, Nancy Blanshan of Rosebush, Diana Hoffman (Paul) of Alma, Darwin "Dar" Blanshan (Angie) of Mt. Pleasant and Danny Blanshan of Mt. Pleasant.
