She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Seem and Joyce Seem (Womble); her brother Ronald Seem; and her grandson Shannon Flegel. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Mullard; her children, Bruce Mullard, Todd Mullard (Theresa) and Tina Flegel (Vic); her grandchildren, Joshua Mullard, Sara Mullard, Melissa Mullard, Tyler Mullard and Brandon Flegel; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Mullard, Myles Mullard, Finnegan Mullard, Winry Mullard, Oliver Christensen and Felix Christensen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dementia Society of America.
