It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Bigelow of Vestaburg, Michigan, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jean Bigelow to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Throop and Rhea Throop; the father of her children Robert Bigelow; her husband Robert Bigelow; and her siblings, Jack Throop, Arden Throop, Doreen Wood and Colleen Bigelow.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Wilson (Michael) of Vestaburg, Ann Stratton (Monte) of Vestaburg and Robin Mack (Daniel) of Vestaburg; and her grandchildren, Todd Wilson (Brittani), Mark Wilson, Scott Stratton (Jennifer), Gregory Stratton (Amber) and Michelle Plath (Victor). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
