She is survived by: her parent Rosalie Coffey (Forrest); her husband Ron Bellamy of Vestaburg; her children, Jesse David Arnould of Brooklyn, Melissa, Crater of Lakeview, Luke and Amanda; her grandchildren, Eva of Alice and Noah; her brother Donald of Brooklyn; and her mother-in-law Bonnie Youmans of Lakeview.
